We all live in Hong Kong and unless we choose to live in elsewhere, our well-being including our nudism campaign, is affected by the ability of the Chief Executive. If the Chief Executive is a pig-headed ignorant, our future is doomed and hopeless. | 光脫脫:你說的畢竟有個中道理,但政府做得不好我們也有需要批評,因香港的天體者都是香港的一份子,自董事長主政以來,香港本土經濟如江河流水,政府由一個從未參政及無主政經驗的門外漢來領導,他每天只叫我們北上找機會,就正如英國首相每天只叫子民到美國找機會,那麼這個首相還有什麼本領,只代表本土經濟他本人都覺得無希望,如今大難當前,你我都有機會中招,一但中招,除非康復出院,否則就未必再有機會與家人見面,現時除了多抽時間和家人相處,以防機會不再之外,就是希望我們的政府可以做得好一點,如反之;香港無希望,天體運動還有希望嗎? | 0001-Simon 4/16/2003 20:38:11 |  |

| [未來會考必讀] 建華末年，君主昏庸懦弱，行中央集權， 以二十三治國， 衰人當道、 仁義不施、土地跌價、百姓失業、負資嚴重、饑餓頻仍、賦稅繁重、天災流行、N157、SARS肆虐、高官專權、低官亂政、怨聲載道，使得流寇四起、民不聊生，以致建華眾叛親離。 港政治之失敗，運用二十三家治術是其中之一。港自建華以來，治專以重稅、二十三國法來鎮壓人民。然而卻不明「重稅馬上得之」而經濟不能「馬上治之」之理以嚴刑峻法統馭臣民，埋下了港代滅亡伏線。 嚴治國，雖云足可禁奸，惟一意用重稅法而無教化，終不免傷恩薄厚。且法令嚴苛，一人犯罪，誅及三黨，人民動輒得咎。 除刑法太重，對老百姓過份勞役也是港之弊政。港以金融、轉口立國，人民收入大致穩定。然建華不恤民力，動搖國本，大興土木、入不敷之、國庫空虛。建華一統後，巧遇金融風暴， 加上君主昏庸，坐以待斃，則民不得不怨耳。 港之賦稅極之繁重。據《太平東篇》謂：「港之稅十倍於英」，足證明當時人民的苦況。港代苛徵賦稅經濟凋弊，負資產人士對港政治皆感怨憤。一俟皇綱淩夷，港力消褪自必相率反叛。向人民徵收重，不單加重人民負擔，亦令整個中產階層充斥著對建華統治的不滿。民心思變，港代自當滅亡。 至舉港遊行、商旅不行，二十三、三十六等刑層出不窮，百姓終日惶恐渡日，朝不保夕。由於治術不以民為本，往往重視國庫而忽略個人，因此民怨沸騰，起而抗之。港又因推行高官不負責制，如四三凌志事件，沉迷國寶、荒淫無道，及至肺炎肆虐，導致速亡，史稱"建華之亂"。 | 赤櫻秀 4/16/2003 01:51:41 |  |
